aj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR has taken a decisive step towards strengthening its sustainability credentials with the commissioning of a 50 kWp solar power plant, reinforcing Indian Hotels Company Limited’s (IHCL) commitment to responsible and future-ready hospitality under its Paathya ESG framework.
The newly installed solar plant is expected to generate approximately 73,000 kWh of clean energy annually, contributing close to 18.25 lakh kWh of renewable power over its lifetime. This transition to green energy marks a significant milestone in the resort’s efforts to enhance energy resilience, reduce carbon emissions, and integrate sustainability into core operations.
